SIBO Test + Consultation

SIBO Profiles are non-invasive breath tests which capture exhaled hydrogen (H2) and methane (CH4) gases following the ingestion of a lactulose solution to evaluate bacterial overgrowth of the small intestine.

When should testing for SIBO be considered?

Symptoms of SIBO are non-specific, encompassing abdominal pain/distention, severe bloating, diarrhea, and flatulence.

The results include:

Detailed results for bacteria overgrowth that are hydrogen or methane producers.

The labs will notify us when your test has been analyzed and released for review. It takes approximately 3-4 weeks to process and generate results. Once your results are released, someone from our team will reach out (via email [email protected]) to have you schedule a 60-minute appointment with Elena Maganto, who will interpret your results, give recommendations, and guide you in next steps.

Upon purchase of the Dutch Complete Hormone Test, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Shipping time may vary due to COVID, but typically takes 3-5 business days once your order has been fulfilled. Once your test has been sent in, it takes approximately 4-5 weeks for the lab to process and generate results.
